Price Details

Additional Charges by Pickup/Drop-off Location:

For pickups or drop-offs in Hong Kong Island, Sai Kung, or Hong Kong International Airport: HK$100 per trip.
For Southern District or The Peak: HK$150 per trip.

Airport Transfer Services:
Waiting time is counted 60 minutes after flight arrival.
Overtime waiting fee: HK$300 per hour.

Same-Day Round Trip:
Includes 3 hours of free waiting time (starting from arrival at the destination).
Overtime fee: HK$150 per hour.

Pickup and Drop-off Points:
Each trip includes one pickup and one drop-off location.
Additional locations will incur extra charges of HK$100 or HK$150, depending on the distance.

Late-Night Service Fee:
For bookings between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (based on pickup time), an additional HK$300 night service fee will apply.
Waiting and Cancellation Policy

Waiting Fee:
If the vehicle waits more than 30 minutes due to customer-related delays, a fee of HK$300 per hour will be charged.

Incomplete Trips:
If the trip cannot be completed due to passport, visa, or luggage issues caused by the passenger, full service charges will still apply.

Cancellation or Trip Modification:
Must be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email or SMS.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the fare will be charged as compensation.
For same-day cancellations, the full trip fare will be charged as compensation.

Force Majeure & Insurance

Force Majeure:
The company is not liable for any losses caused by typhoons, heavy rain, traffic congestion, customs checks, or passenger documentation issues.

Damaged or Lost Luggage:
Maximum compensation for lost or damaged luggage is HK$100.

Insurance:
The company holds third-party vehicle insurance.
Customers are recommended to purchase their own travel insurance if needed.

Notes
After confirming a booking, we will send payment information via email or SMS.
Customers must complete payment within 24 hours of receiving the notice (unless the driver is collecting the payment).
The company is not responsible for service delays or cancellations caused by late payments from the customer.
